The Melbourne to Warburton Trail is a multi-use trail and can be explored on foot, bike and some sections on horse.
An easily accessible, varied and unique trail that takes you from the majestic city to beautiful Warburton
township in the picturesque Yarra Valley.
The trail takes you along the banks of the Yarra River and Koonung Creek, passing several art galleries,
cultural and natural attractions to visit. The trail makes its way through Melbourne’s urban east before the
farmland and hillsides of the Yarra Valley. Along the way, take the time to experience all that the activity
centres and townships have to offer. All provide great restaurants, cafes and wineries for the perfect match in food and drink.
With plenty of accommodation available along the trail, there is something to suit every taste and budget.
